JOB PROFILE :
MANAGE A TEAM OF SALES EXECUTIVES / SUPERVISORS TO ACHIEVE SALES BUDGETS
MANAGE AGENCY PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION AS PER PRINCIPLES GUIDELINES.
DEVELOP MARKET OF OWN BRANDED PRODUCTS.
PREPARE SALES BUDGET IN LINE WITH THE COMPANIES GOALS
CONDUCT MEETINGS TO GET FEED BACK AND BRIEF THE MANAGEMENT ON VARIOUS MARKET RELATED ISSUES
MONITORING OUTSTANDING IN THE MARKET AND ENSURE COLLECTIONS ARE IN LINE WITH THE CREDIT POLICY OF THE COMPANY
SORT OUT PAYMENT ISSUES WITH DEALERS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
MANAGE MARKETS IN CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH DEALERS TO ENSURE BUSINESS DEALS ARE MADE.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM GRADUATE OR MBAs WITH SALES AND MARKETING BACK GROUND
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF HINDI / MALAYALAM / ARABIC TO SPEAK
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MIDDLE MANAGEMENT LEVELS OR SALES MANAGEMENT.
OMAN EXPERIENCE WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE,
DRIVING LICENCE OF OMAN OR ANY GCC COUNTRY WHICH IS VALID AND IS TRANSFERABLE IN OMAN
LOCAL RELEASE / NOC REQUIRED IF AT PRESENT WORKING IN OMAN.
SALARY: IN THE RANGE OF RO: 500 – 700 + OTHER BENEFITS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE OF THE CANDIDATE AND WOULD BE IN LINE WITH THE MARKET.
