  • Lease and sell retail and domestic space within the properties managed.
  • Over see the financial aspect of the property
  • Keep abreast of market fluctuations and benchmarking of rents and leases 
  • Establishes unique selling and leasing points against competition.  
  • Over see  the regional real estate operations including leasing and sale of property
  • Prepare leasing budgets and vacancy lists
  • Negotiation of the lease to attain the most competitive package
  •  Thorough understanding of  local market as well as the competitors
  • Well versed in the property law of UAE
