Brief description of duties
This position operates with a level of high independence in performing the duties.Open communication with Manager. Responsible for providing efficient and confidential administrative support. Client communication for tasks received. Ensure tasks assigned are completed by team members within the time frame required. Minimum or next to nil errors expected in each task. Update the management tool with all relevant info to be recorded, accurate at all times. Prepare accurate presentations and reports on a timely manner. All standard business communications
