Alpha Data is Hiring IT Support Engineer to join one of government clients based in #AbuDhabi. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience and should be able to join immediately.
Job Description - • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training more junior staff members
The ideal candidate must be able to display -
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines
• An ability to prioritize and delegate
• A keen eye for detail
Qualifications – A degree in any of the below, preferably from a Jordanian institution : • Computer Science
• Computing
• Engineering
