Team Lead - PHP Job Profile: We are looking for a PHP / Zend Team Leader with 4 to 6 years of PHP and MySQL experience with proven track record of successful development efforts. Job Specification: - 4+ years of PHP experience - Must have 2+ years of experience working in a Zend Framework - Excellent developing (PHP5) & database (MySQL5) designing skills (mandatory) - Strong with MVC architecture - Good conceptual knowledge on Object Oriented Design/Development - Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ajax, Java Script, XML - Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision. - Ability to maintain and manage several projects while managing customer expectations. - Experience with project life cycle deliverable, project team collaboration and change management compliance. - Organize and lead the project team through the initiation, planning, execution, control, implementation and closure phases of the project. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills. - Ability to present ideas and information in a group and meeting facilitation skills. - Excellent organizational,analytic and problem solving skills.
