Job Description
•    This is a demanding position that will require attention to detail, expert organizational skills and the ability to handle many tasks at once
•    Processing, management and document controls of all legal, real estate, financial, passport, visa and any other important documents on behalf of all Executive staff
•    Organize all travel itineraries and related bookings
•    Manage Executive staff daily diaries to make and ensure appointments are met and any transportation if needed is arranged
•    Read, monitor, respond and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Executive staff in all forms of communication
•    Ensure Executive staff offices are clean and any office-related supplies are in order at all times (including stationary, food supplies and any other materials deemed necessary)
•    Perform errands in/around Dubai with potential travel to other emirates, including government, financial, legal and other institution visits and activities
•    Any other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
•    A female Indian (Hindi)
•    A bachelor’s degree
•    At least 2 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant
•    Desirable to work hard and outside of “normal operating hours”-does not leave tasks unfinished
•    Professional looking and dresses appropriately at all times
•    Extremely organized and thorough both in paper filing and electronic filing
