CIVIL ENGINEER (Site Engineer)

· Monitor site operations and determine the work progress
· Manage day-to-day construction activities at the construction site, including scheduling and supervision, and oversight of material deliveries

Requirement:

You will be working to deprecate a Python-based service that was written in Python, by adopting new permissions and query patterns and re-creating its endpoints in a newer Kotlin service. 
The grc-services service is implemented in Python3 and uses gunicorn and asyncio. The audit-service service is implemented using Kotlin on the JVM and uses Netty and Spring.
In addition, you may be asked to work on improving the user experience with features or augmenting the team’s ongoing work (such as deprecation of graph-printing-orchestrator used in export and workload splitting of audit-service).
Primary Responsibilities:
Read and understand code written in Python
Create new service endpoints (Frugal over HTTP) in Kotlin
Create functional testing for new service endpoints in Kotlin
Change and update frontend service calls, data structures, and state management to use new endpoints without regressions

will be working to maintain the GRC Database Toolbox which is lacking ownership and technical leadership. Dependencies are slow to update and issues are slow to resolve. There are concerns about sustain ability of managing so many micro-services, and the agency will recommend and transform to the future state of these services. 
.NET is not a core technology for us, so this role will have some design autonomy. We have a product manager to lead the product experience for the Toolbox.

Position - Senior ICT Budget and Contract Specialist
Location, Doha, Qatar

Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field
10 years of progressive experience in a directly related field with at least 6 years of professional experience in ICT budget, procurement and contracts in an enterprise level environment along with minimum 3 years in similarly relevant senior budget/contract specialist role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks
Must have experience in writing effective contracts, technical scopes, RFP documents, non-disclosure agreements, call-off agreements for projects, support and license renewals, supply of equipment’s/spares, maintenance, subscriptions and manpower supply
Must have experience in leading the complete ICT budget planning cycle for CAPEX and OPEX budget related to projects & services, collate all ICT budget requests from business departments and ICT divisions, facilitate review of the requirements, obtain budgetary quotations and develop the annual budget
Must have experience with coordinating with contractors, third party vendors to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations. Control breach of contracts in a timely manner with proper escalations
Must be able to support the ICT team in reviewing of the technical proposals/bids and to carry out technical evaluation.
